Golf Course Development Cost Survey
The aim of the Golf Course Development Cost Survey is to provide investors, developers and other industry stakeholders in EMA with a better understanding of the factors influencing the construction cost of golf courses, their typical development timing and the process of selecting golf course architects and construction companies. We have recently updated the first, 2005 edition of the survey. The new study is based on responses from more than 150 golf courses in 27 countries and 70 golf course designers, and focuses on golf course developments taking place after 1 January 2004.
